Separate a worn key from a worn ignition
If your Saturn key sticks, compare its behavior with a less-used spare if one is available. Report whether the problem occurs at the door, the ignition or both. Do not keep forcing it or assume electronic programming is the remedy for a mechanical fit issue.
An old remote and a starting key may be separate pieces
Describe every item on the Saturn key ring and which functions remain. A remote that no longer locks the doors may be a different request from a missing ignition key. We agree on the actual key, remote or inspection work instead of grouping them under a generic fob replacement.
